Luven Labs operates a platform that connects candidates/job seekers with clients/employers by matching candidates to vacancies and related opportunities. In doing so, we process personal data about both candidates and client contacts.

Once shared, clients and candidates become separate controllers of that data for their own purposes (e.g. hiring, internal records) and are responsible for their own compliance with data protection laws.
